Add a Pipedrive Data Source

This article will help you to

  • Understand what can be done with Pipedrive data in Reeport
  • Connect an Pipedrive Data Source to your Reeport account

Overview

Reeport gives you the ability to connect multiple sources of data in one place. To do so, you will have to activate the relevant Connector.

What does it do?

With the Pipedrive Connector, you can link an Pipedrive account to your Reeport account. That way, you will be able to:

  • Organize, structure, and visualize your Pipedrive data
  • Slice and dice your Pipedrive data without altering the original data
  • Cross-analyze your Pipedrive data with other Data Sources connected to Reeport

How does it work?

From the Data Source editor choose “Create data source” and pick the Pipedrive Connector

Enter your API Token then press “Save” and and “Add view” and you’ll be done!

Note that, by default, the Pipedrive date field that applies to your queries is the “add time”. In order to have another date field apply, you may force a parameter when selecting a metric.

For instance, if you want to have the value of your closed deals (won or lost), you’ll have to add “#close_time” right after your metric name as follows:

The following date fields are available:

  • close_time
  • add_time (default)
  • update_time
  • expected_close_date
  • last_activity_date
  • last_incoming_mail_time
  • last_outgoing_mail_time
